Our vision for this project form the start was seamless indoor outdoor living. Striking use of natural light throughout the home was another priory. The homes is a fusion of earthy natural accents with modern flare.

This externally understated home archives great energy saving outcomes within. The use off double glazing, highly insulated floors, walls and roof delivered a great result. Polished concrete floor provided a great thermal mass base to work from while also providing an attractive finished result.

The brief for this project was clear from the beginning. Create an executive residence with a strong and seamless connection to the outdoor entertaining area. The outdoor kitchen is a highlight.

This best thing about designing in an established suburb is borrowing from the landscape. In this case a large deciduous tree provided an interesting challenge and became a focal point of the design.
